By appointing Trust Lines Marine Services LLC or utilizing any of our maritime, logistics, or husbandry services, the Client (herein referred to as the 'Principal') expressly acknowledges and accepts the General Terms and Conditions (GTC) outlined herein. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement governing all operational, financial, and legal interactions between the parties. The Principal warrants that any individual providing instructions on behalf of the vessel, owner, or charterer has the full authority to bind the Client to these terms. Any deviations from these conditions must be agreed upon in writing and signed by an authorized representative of Trust Lines Marine Services LLC. Continued instruction or the arrival of a vessel under our agency constitutes an irrevocable acceptance of these terms and any applicable local port tariffs.

Eligibility to Use this Website

Access to and use of this website is strictly reserved for individuals who are at least 18 years of age and possess the legal authority to enter into binding agreements. By using this platform, you represent and warrant that you meet these eligibility requirements and that all information provided by you is accurate and truthful. If you are accessing this website on behalf of a corporate entity, ship owner, or charterer, you further warrant that you have the requisite legal authority to bind such entity to our Terms and Conditions. Trust Lines Marine Services LLC reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to refuse service, terminate accounts, or restrict access to any user who fails to comply with these eligibility standards or violates local maritime and cyber regulations within the United Arab Emirates

Appointments and Instructions

All appointments must be confirmed in writing (via email). The Client is responsible for providing timely, accurate, and complete information regarding the vessel, cargo, and crew.

Payment and Financials

  • PDA (Proforma Disbursement Account): Must be settled in full prior to vessel arrival or service commencement.
  • Final Settlement: The Final Disbursement Account (FDA) is due upon receipt.
  • Currency: Payments must be made in the currency specified in the invoice.

Liability and Indemnity

  • Trust Lines Marine Services LLC acts as an agent for the "Principal" (Ship Owner/Charterer).
  • We are not liable for delays caused by port authorities, weather, or mechanical failures beyond our control.
  • The Client shall indemnify us against all claims, losses, or expenses incurred while carrying out instructions, provided we have not acted with gross negligence.
